WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We must be notified by e-mail of any damaged deliveries or missing items within 2 working days of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement.
Our “no quibble” guarantee means that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, and we will credit the card used for your original purchase. We will not, however, refund delivery charges unless the product was faulty, damaged or there has been an error on our part.
As part of our FREE DELIVERY service for our United Kingdom customers, all goods in transit are automtiacally insured in case of damage or loss.
Please note that personalised goods cannot be returned for lack of suitability. If there is an error on our part regarding the personalistion , then we will be more than happy to replace or refund the cost of the product.
