Pollyanna Fine Bone China tries at all times to ensure that goods ordered are dispatched and delivered within 3 working days. However we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or by other company’s delays or failure to deliver.

We must be notified by email about any damaged deliveries or missing items within 48 hrs of delivery otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement. All damaged goods should be returned to us at the cost of the customer.
